Exciting New STEM Resources at Drumbaragh!

Thanks to the incredible support of our Parents’ Association and the generosity of all our families through their fundraising efforts, we are delighted to have some fantastic new STEM kits ready for use throughout our school!

These new resources will give children across all classes the opportunity to explore the exciting world of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) through hands-on, practical learning.

Our pupils will have opportunities to design, build, test and improve their own creations as they tackle a variety of exciting challenges. Along the way, they’ll be developing important skills such as problem-solving, creativity, critical thinking, teamwork and perseverance.

One of the most exciting things about STEM learning is discovering that things don’t always work perfectly the first time! Children will be encouraged to experiment, learn from mistakes, rethink their ideas and try again — all while having fun.

We are particularly excited that these resources can be enjoyed by children of different ages and abilities, allowing everyone to experience the satisfaction of bringing their ideas to life.
